Production steps
raw materials
All raw materials used in manufactured wood and bamboo products are FSC-certified, contributing to the utilization of environmentally friendly and renewable resources.
cutting processing
A piece of qualified bamboo or wood plywood needs to be preliminarily cut according to the size of the order product. This machine is specially used to cut 2 meters long board into small size raw materials.
polishing processing
One of the characteristics of bamboo and products is that there will be burrs of bamboo and fibers. After the semi-finished products are polished by the machine, they need to be manually checked and then polished.
spray paint
We have a fully automated paint spraying production line, which ensures that our products are painted evenly. The paint we use is EU food-grade certified.
Hair Planting
For bamboo and wooden bath brushes, we have 3 high-speed bristle-planting machines, ensuring a daily output of 5,000 pieces. We can process environmentally friendly materials such as sisal, wild boar bristles, wool, horsehair, and nylon.
Drilling
At JEYGO, we have machines that can drill holes horizontally. This machine might not be a possession in many bamboo and wood products manufacturing factories.
Logo printing
